Key Responsibilities
• Expand our market presence in the GTA by developing new customer relationships.
• Establish and achieve sales objectives and annual quotas for the territory covering Burlington to Oshawa to Barrie
• Communicate our company values, solutions, processes, and partnerships effectively.
• Grow and maintain our customer base through customer acquisition, onboarding, and training.
• Develop and drive sales strategies aligned with market trends and company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.
• Identify and strategically solve client issues.
• Analyze pipeline and lead data to provide key business insights.
• Prepare and present market position and initiatives to management.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Required Experience and Skills
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High degree of discipline and ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong operational focus with KPI tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel within the GTA.

Additional Information

• Performance Bonus: [to be discussed]
• RRSP Contribution: [as per employee agreement]
• Vacation: 4 weeks
• Expense Allowance: Vehicle mileage, client meals, hotels, office equipment, travel

Salary: $95,000-$120,000O OTE
